Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision
- Manage material inventory and maintain organized job sites
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex builds
- Complete daily progress reports and quality assurance checks
- Assist in site preparation and demolition as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification required (30-hour preferred)
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with hand/power tools and measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail and blueprint interpretation skills
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6AM-6PM) with weekday flexibility
