Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, trenching, and material staging
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters/masons with material handling and structural support
- Maintain organized job sites with proper waste management protocols
- Install temporary structures and safety barriers per blueprints
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing procedures
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong attention to safety protocols and PPE compliance
- Availability for 12-hour weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
