Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, levels, etc.)
- Perform site cleanup, debris removal, and waste management
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and safety protocols
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks as needed
- Maintain equipment and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and job site regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor or related experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, wrenches, saws)
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (6 AM start)
