- Collaborate with diverse crews on fast-paced residential/commercial projects
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Basic tool knowledge or willingness to learn rapidly
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
- Prefer: 6+ months construction experience
