Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters and masons with layout, measurement, and assembly
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Perform concrete work, scaffolding setup, and equipment operation
- Adhere to project timelines and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial/construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic math skills for measurements and material estimates
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
- Team-oriented with clear communication skills
