Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling tasks
- Assist carpenters and masons with framing, concrete work, and finishing
- Operate hand/power tools safely and maintain equipment cleanliness
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and job site regulations
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized staging areas
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines efficiently
- Complete daily progress reports and quality checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather
- Basic hand/power tool proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Flexibility to work 6am-6pm weekend shifts
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
