Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and site logistics
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and project specifications
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) and operate light machinery
- Maintain organized job sites and equipment inventory
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driverās license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends (Fri/Sat/Sun) in varying weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Physical stamina for 8-hour shifts
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
