Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, site prep, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain job site safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Load/unload materials and equipment as needed
- Perform basic concrete work, framing support, or finishing tasks
- Document daily progress and material usage
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic tool knowledge (hammers, tape measures, levels)
- Weekend availability (mandatory Sat/Sun shifts)
- Pass background/drug screening (pre-employment)
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we provide training)
- Experience in landscaping, demolition, or warehouse work a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
