Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery under supervision
- Assist carpenters, masons, and electricians with project-specific duties
- Maintain strict OSHA compliance and safety protocols at all times
- Load/unload materials and maintain organized job site inventory
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate task execution
- Perform concrete pouring, framing support, and finishing work
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or industrial labor experience required
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 70+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficient in power tool operation and basic equipment maintenance
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) mandatory
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills for measurements
