Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site construction duties.
- Operate heavy machinery and equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scissor lifts.
- Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Load and unload materials from delivery trucks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to perform strenuous labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety gear is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the skilled trades.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
