Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with various tasks including carpentry, concrete finishing, and demolition.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites to maintain safety and efficiency.
- Perform general cleanup of work areas and debris removal.
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols strictly.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and job specifications.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction labor or general labor is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
