Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, material handling, and cleanup tasks
- Assist carpenters, masons, and equipment operators with hands-on support
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Operate basic power tools and hand equipment under supervision
- Maintain organized material staging and waste management systems
- Document daily progress and report equipment issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend milestones
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic tool proficiency (hammers, saws, drills, levels)
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6 AM - 4 PM)
- Strong communication skills and team mentality
- Pre-employment drug screening required
