Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Maintain organized work areas and report safety hazards immediately
- Support equipment setup/teardown and material inventory management
- Complete daily progress reports and quality control checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor or related field experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in physically demanding conditions
- Strong understanding of construction safety standards and procedures
- Basic math skills for material measurements and calculations
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible schedule availability (Saturdays 6AM-4PM, Sundays 7AM-5PM)
