Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and earthwork operations with precision
- Construct and install concrete forms, scaffolding, and structural frameworks
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper certification
- Read and interpret blueprints, safety protocols, and project specifications
- Maintain clean, organized job sites with OSHA-compliant safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction phases
- Conduct quality assurance checks on completed installations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience required
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Class B CDL license with clean driving record preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency in operating hand tools and power equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
