Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling with precision
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Assist carpenters and masons with structural assembly
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA guidelines
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and physical labor
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) 6am-6pm
- Physical stamina for extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading knowledge
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Background check and drug screen required
