- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations and project tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under supervision.
- Help prepare construction sites by digging, tamping, and grading.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards.
- Communicate effectively with crew leads and fellow workers.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
