Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on construction sites, including excavation, loading, and unloading materials.
- Operate and maintain tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks and setup.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards at the end of each shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and site plans.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts as required.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures (OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus).
