Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including material handling, site preparation, and debris removal
- Assist skilled tradespeople with equipment operation (excavators, forklifts) and tool management
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and company quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints to support accurate construction execution
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and report hazards immediately
- Collaborate with crew members to meet weekend project milestones
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic construction tools and safety gear (hard hat, boots, gloves)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Weekend availability (Saturdays/Sundays, 6 AM - 4 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Experience with concrete, framing, or demolition a plus
