As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our operations, supporting our skilled tradespeople and ensuring our job sites are efficient and safe.
Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various on-site tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment to and from the job site.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Perform site preparation, including digging, cleaning, and basic leveling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic understanding of construction safety practices.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
