Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks and project execution.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Perform general site cleanup, excavation, and preparation work.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies at all times.
- Ensure job sites are kept organized and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is preferred but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
