Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Perform general cleanup of job sites, including debris removal and trash disposal.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Assist in demolition and renovation projects as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work efficiently on weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is a plus but not required.
