Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, hauling, and lifting heavy materials safely.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various building tasks and projects.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company policies strictly.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and site supervisors.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the Phoenix, AZ site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
