Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including loading, unloading, and hauling materials.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) as needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and basic leveling.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs).
- Previous experience in construction or related labor is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
