Responsibilities
- Perform heavy manual labor, including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other skilled tradespeople with daily tasks.
- Operate power tools, hand tools, and light construction equipment safely.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and free of hazards in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations during operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Experience in general labor or construction is a plus but we provide training.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
