Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of hazards (OSHA compliance).
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving debris.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in general construction or labor.
- Ability to lift, carry, and hold objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures and construction site etiquette.
