Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including framing, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Follow blueprints and site supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain clean, organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Assist in equipment setup/teardown and material inventory
- Complete daily progress reports and safety checklists
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams (plumbers, electricians)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme heat
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Strong attention to safety protocols
- Reliable weekend availability (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
