Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with tasks like concrete pouring
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and equipment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear PPE at all times
- Read blueprints and execute tasks per specifications
- Load/unload materials and equipment efficiently
- Complete daily inspection reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme heat
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math skills for measurements
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Drug-free and pass background check
- Availability for 6am-6pm shifts (Sat/Sun)
