Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including debris removal, excavation support, and material staging
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) under supervisor guidance
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain OSHA compliance by wearing PPE and following safety protocols
- Load/un construction materials using forklifts and manual lifting techniques
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks and site cleanup procedures
- Document project progress and material usage via digital forms
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required for equipment operation)
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided if not certified)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89106
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM-4 PM)
- Pass background check and drug screening (industry standard)
