Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks per blueprints
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Collaborate with electricians/plumbers for trade-specific installations
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to California's strict environmental compliance standards
- Complete timecards and daily progress reports for project managers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in reading construction blueprints and schematics
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 6AM-6PM)
- Basic math skills for material estimation and measurement
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
