Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with safety compliance
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with material handling
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Read blueprints and project specifications for task accuracy
- Participate in weekend shift rotations (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Complete daily safety checklists and incident reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial/residential construction experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification required
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficient with hand/power tools and construction equipment
- Spanish/English bilingual preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
