Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and ground clearing
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate hand tools (hammers, shovels, saws) under supervision
- Clean and maintain job sites to safety standards
- Support skilled trades with material handling and basic tasks
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
- Participate in daily safety briefings and toolbox talks
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic communication skills in English
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
