Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and debris to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, measuring, and cleaning.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment (drills, saws, generators) under supervision.
- Perform physical labor in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from project supervisors and foremen.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work weekends and early morning shifts.
- No construction experience required; however, a strong work ethic is essential.
- Basic math skills for measuring lengths and quantities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
