Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites, including excavation, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and hand tools safely as directed by supervisors.
- General Labor: Perform various manual tasks including digging, pouring concrete, and assisting skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians).
- Cleanup & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Quality Control: Help ensure that all work meets the company's high standards and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Documentation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Experience: Prior experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not mandatory.
- Safety Mindset: Strong commitment to following safety protocols and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
