Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks as directed.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal, sweeping, and waste disposal.
- Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and power washers (training provided).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in measuring, cutting, and preparing materials for installation.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to follow instructions.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
