Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, demolition, and cleanup operations with precision
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other tradespeople on complex projects
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and maintain job site safety standards
- Read blueprints and follow construction plans accurately
- Manage material inventory and coordinate deliveries
- Perform quality checks and document work progress
Qualifications
- 2+ years construction/labor experience required
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Basic knowledge of hand/power tools and equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends and occasional holidays
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
