Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific instructions strictly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- License: Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy loads for extended periods.
- Experience: Basic knowledge of construction tools and general labor principles.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Condition: Physically fit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
