Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Site Preparation: Clear work areas, remove debris, and prepare surfaces for construction activities.
- Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other tradespeople with basic tasks and setup.
- Tool Operation: Operate hand and power tools safely and maintain them in good working order.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
- Cleanup: Perform regular site cleanup to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- Demolition: Assist in the dismantling of structures and removal of waste materials.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is highly preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States and provide valid identification.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
