Responsibilities
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Load/unload construction materials and maintain organized job sites
- Follow blueprints and instructions from site supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Perform physical tasks including lifting (up to 50 lbs) and operating equipment
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen on residential/commercial projects
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with occasional overtime
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials handling
- Physical stamina to perform demanding outdoor tasks
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
