Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters with framing, roofing, and finishing tasks
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout shifts
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Load/unload materials and transport equipment as needed
- Complete basic measurements and material inventory tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year construction or manual labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
- Willingness to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-4pm)
