Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment at job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople, including carpenters, electricians, and masons, with daily tasks.
- Perform basic site cleanup, debris removal, and waste disposal.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to blueprints or verbal instructions.
- Ensure all work areas adhere to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Transport materials between storage areas and work zones.
Qualifications
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs).
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable personal transportation.
- Basic knowledge of construction site safety and procedures.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience in skilled trades or construction labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
