Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with OSHA compliance
- Load/unload construction materials safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC installations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs and work in varied weather conditions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Strong communication in English/Spanish bilingual preferred
- Availability for 12-hour weekend shifts (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Experience with hand/power tools and material handling
