Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with OSHA compliance
- Read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
- Material handling and site cleanup to LEED standards
- Collaborate with electricians, plumbers, and welders
- Safety inspections and hazard mitigation protocols
- Equipment maintenance and pre-shift inspections
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly
- Blueprint reading proficiency
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Welding or masonry certification preferred
- Background check & drug-free workplace compliance
