Responsibilities
- Execute precision concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts safely
- Install MEP systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) per blueprints
- Conduct daily site inspections and quality assurance checks
- Coordinate material deliveries and inventory management
- Adhere to OSHA standards and company safety protocols
- Maintain equipment calibration and daily maintenance logs
Qualifications
- 3+ years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Class B CDL license preferred
- Expertise in blueprint reading and building codes
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme conditions
- Welding or carpentry certification a plus
- Must pass pre-employment physical and background check
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
