Responsibilities
- Perform essential manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site duties to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment in strict accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Read and interpret basic site plans, blueprints, and safety instructions.
- Perform minor site cleanup and debris removal as required.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), standing, walking, and working in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous construction labor experience is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Safety: Strong commitment to safety protocols and following verbal and written instructions.
