Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, digging, and loading/unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under supervision.
- Support journeyman and foreman with various skilled trade tasks (framing, finishing, etc.).
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Maintain and organize tools and equipment properly.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform physical labor including heavy lifting and standing for long hours.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction or labor experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
