Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Assist carpenters and masons with installation tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Perform concrete work, framing, and finishing tasks
- Adhere to all safety protocols and blueprints
- Complete daily progress reports and documentation
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial/construction labor experience
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of power tools and construction materials
- Strong physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Weekend availability required (6 AM - 6 PM Sat/Sun)
