Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance
- Read blueprints and execute tasks under supervisor guidance
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 75 lbs) and work in extreme weather conditions
- Contribute to project timelines through efficient task completion
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Physical stamina for extended outdoor work
- Basic math skills for material measurement
