Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Load/unload materials and equipment at job sites
- Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure safety compliance
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support general labor duties as needed for project completion
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturdays/Sundays) with occasional overtime
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
