Responsibilities

- Lead weekend emergency response teams for critical repairs
- Mentor junior technicians during weekend operations
- Document all work with detailed service reports
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid DC Master Electrician license (or reciprocal state license)
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex electrical systems
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong knowledge of energy-efficient installations
- Excellent physical condition for climbing/lifting
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
