Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/residential properties
- Interpret blueprints and technical specifications for complex electrical projects
- Ensure full compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local electrical codes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Lead weekend shift teams while maintaining strict safety protocols
- Manage material inventory and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate with project managers and other trade professionals
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial/residential electrical experience
- Valid Washington State Journeyman Electrician license
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficiency in conduit bending, circuit design, and PLC systems
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to resolve complex issues
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with green energy systems preferred
